These terms apply to purchases from INFUSION DIFFUSION and use of our online store at www.infusiondiffusion.co.za. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer law.

Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and assistance of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. Give accurate order and delivery details. If you use a customer account, protect access to your email and account and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.

Our products

We sell reed diffusers, subject to stock availability. We aim to describe and display them accurately. Screen settings can affect colour, and aromatic ingredients can cause minor colour variations between batches. These variations do not remove your rights if goods are defective or do not match their description. Glass containers are fragile and are packed with protective materials.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). INFUSION DIFFUSION is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed through PayFast. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Our custom storefront does not store your full payment-card details. Orders are packed and dispatched after successful payment confirmation.

Orders and availability

Please review the items, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting your order. We confirm acceptance by email after successful payment and confirmation that we can fulfil the order. An automated payment acknowledgement alone does not guarantee stock availability.

If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs or an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will contact you. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery and returns

We deliver to physical addresses in South Africa. Free standard delivery applies to orders of R1,000 or more. Please read our Shipping & Delivery policy and Returns & Refunds policy for delivery charges, cancellation rights and help with damaged or defective goods.

Product care and responsibility

Diffuser oil can damage or stain furniture, fabrics and other surfaces. Follow the care and safety instructions supplied with your product, place it securely and avoid spills. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for defective or unsafe goods, or other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy

Our Privacy & Cookies statement explains how personal information is handled. Agreement to these terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Shopify provides our commerce platform and checkout and processes personal information to provide these services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Its enhanced services may use information about interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information may be processed outside South Africa. See our Privacy & Cookies statement and Shopify’s consumer privacy policy for details.

Questions, disputes and changes

Contact Dione Smith using the details above if there is a problem with an order. South African law applies. These terms do not prevent you from approaching a competent court, regulator or consumer dispute-resolution body. We may update these terms for future orders; the version applicable when your order was placed will continue to apply to that order.
