Where we deliver

We dispatch from Cape Town and deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an accurate address and contact number so the courier can arrange delivery.

Delivery charges

Free standard delivery applies to orders of R1,000 or more, including orders of exactly R1,000. For orders below R1,000, available delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any optional upgraded delivery service and its charge are shown separately at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared after successful payment confirmation and confirmation of stock availability. The currently configured courier transit estimates are 3–5 days for Standard delivery and 1–2 days for Express delivery. These estimates run after dispatch and exclude order preparation time. Contact us before ordering for the current dispatch estimate. If you need delivery by a particular date, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is possible.

Courier estimates may change. We will help investigate delays or missing deliveries; using a third-party courier does not remove your statutory rights. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, the delivery and cancellation protections in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply, including its 30-day performance requirement.

Fragile packaging and damaged deliveries

Our diffusers contain glass and liquid. We use protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage. If an item arrives broken or leaking, avoid handling broken glass and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Send your order reference and photographs of the item and outer packaging if safe to obtain. The 24-hour request helps us investigate and is not a deadline that removes your rights.

For damaged or defective goods, the remedies described in our Returns & Refunds policy apply. Delivery risk remains with us until delivery to you or your authorised recipient, subject to applicable law.
